Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, including earrings. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, with earring backs included.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method.

How to start a return

Please contact us before sending anything back. Reach us through our Contact page with your order number, and we will email you the return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. Please include your order number and a photo of the piece.
